Important Information

Disclaimer

 

Pony Patrol always follows a strict Health and Safety Policy and carry out thorough risk assessments, but being around ponies remains an activity where accidents can happen. In booking one of our sessions, you accept this risk and agree to abide by all safety instructions given by handlers and signage at St Bartholomew’s.

 

The customers understand that there is an element of risk involved in pony activities and Pony Patrol will not be held liable for injury or accidents occurring during sessions.

 

The customers agree to disclose any relevant medical issues or allergies prior to the session.

Pony Parties
A £50 deposit is required to reserve all parties. Remaining payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the session date booked. We are a small business so if you need to cancel your session, please give us as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the booking date in order to receive a refund (minus the deposit).

Pony Visits

A £30 deposit is required to reserve all visits. Remaining payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the session date booked. We are a small business so if you need to cancel your session, please give us as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.

All other sessions
A £20 deposit is required to reserve all other sessions. Remaining payment must be made 48 hours prior to the session date booked. We are a small business so if you need to cancel your session, please give us as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.

Customers are asked to wear closed toe shoes around the ponies.

​

Customers are asked that when around the ponies, children under the age of 16 are supervised at all times at a ratio of 1 adult to 6 children.

​

A safety briefing will be conducted prior to commencement of the session and if attending a session or party at St Bartholomew’s, you will be shown where the meeting point is in the event of a fire.

​

We will not be held responsible for any damage to your property. i.e. if the pony leaves footprints in your lawn.

​

If you have booked a party session at St Bartholomew’s, you may arrive 30 minutes prior to the booking to set up if needed. 

​

If you arrive late, we unfortunately cannot extend your session time so please try to arrive on time.

​

We have limited space for car parking; therefore, we recommend car sharing where possible. Please do not exceed 5mph when driving into St Bartholomew’s and shut all gates behind you.

​

We do not allow other animals to visit our property, apart from service/guide dogs, dogs are not permitted on the premises.

​

You are not permitted to smoke on the premises.

​

Once a session at St Bartholomew’s has finished, we allow 15 minutes for the premises to be vacated.

​

By booking a pony party, or other pony session, you agree to all our Terms & Conditions, and accept the points set out in this Disclaimer.
